Reshot AI — Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Reshot AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Virtual Minds grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the App to develop a competing product
  • Sublicense or sell access to the App

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant Virtual Minds a limited license to process that content solely to provide the App's features. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and upload any content you submit.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Upload or generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or payment systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the App or its servers
  • Use the App for any automated or bulk processing without written permission

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. All payments are processed by Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant payment platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Virtual Minds does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. AI outputs are for informational and creative purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Virtual Minds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, or to update these Terms, at any time. We will provide notice of material changes where practicable. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Virtual Minds is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
