Two workforces. One goes home at night.

Virtual Minds runs on two workforces — a talented human team, and AI agents that are smart, fast and specific. Humans decide; agents execute. Every agent has a named human owner, and nothing ships without a human name on it. Our team goes home. The work doesn't.

The people bring

Appetite · Range · Taste

We hire for how fast someone gets better, not how polished they arrive. Every person here is load-bearing: trusted early, given work slightly beyond them — on purpose.

The agents bring

Smart · Fast · Specific

Not a chatbot with a company name on it. Our agents run on the Cortex — they know what we sell, to whom, at what price. Overnight is a shift. Drafts are waiting at 9am.

How the two work together

Five rules. Not aspirational — operational.

  1. 01

    Humans decide. Agents execute.

Judgment does not get delegated to a model. Volume does.

  2. 02

Every agent has a human owner.

If an agent produces something wrong, a person owns that, by name.

  3. 03

Nothing ships without a human name on it.

Agent output is a draft until a person puts their name to it.

  4. 04

Agents own throughput. Humans own outcomes.

Agents are measured on volume and consistency. People on whether it actually worked.

  5. 05

If you're doing something an agent should do, say so.

Repetitive work is a configuration bug, not a personality test.

What it's like to work here

Judgment work, not busywork

Every role at Virtual Minds comes with a team of agents under it. A Social Media Manager here is not a person who posts; they are a person who directs a content engine and decides what is worth saying. A Sales Representative is not a person who copies leads into a CRM; LeadsMind does that, and they spend the reclaimed hours in actual conversations.

You will be trusted early with work slightly beyond you — that is deliberate. Four founders cannot supervise five people, and there is no bench: every person is load-bearing. That is the appeal and the pressure, in equal measure.

You will also be expected to get better at directing agents. It is a real skill, we will teach it, and within a year it will be on your CV as a differentiator. We hire for appetite, range and taste.

I stopped writing first drafts a while ago. The agents produce twenty options overnight, and my job is to know which one is right and why. That judgment is the whole role now — and it is a better role.
Liwaa BeainiProduct & Marketing
An agent here is infrastructure, not a gimmick. It has one job, one measurable output, and my name on what it ships. When one starts drifting into a second job, we split it — the same way you would refactor a service.
Khayal HassaniehEngineering
I spend my time configuring the workforce that doesn't sleep. Every agent runs on the Cortex, so it knows our market, our clients and our standards. A general-purpose agent is a demo; a specific one does real work.
Saeed HamzehAI & Data
Reporting used to eat my week. Now it assembles itself overnight, and I spend the time on decisions — pricing, runway, what to stop doing. The agents do the volume; I answer for the outcome.

Open roles · First commercial hire round

Five seats. No bench.

Until now the company has been four operating founders plus AI departments. These roles add a growth and operations layer around that core. Every one comes with agents already running — you arrive with a team.

01

Sales Leader

RevenueReports to Executive OfficeFirst hire of the roundEnglish · Arabic a strong advantage

Virtual Minds has proven it can build. It has not yet proven it can sell repeatably — the deals so far came from founder relationships and inbound reputation. Your job is to turn that into a function: own the revenue number for UAE B2B, write the sales motion down and make it repeatable, carry the enterprise relationships yourself, and hire the Sales Representative.

Your agents: LeadsMind sources, validates and scores your pipeline. Reporting Intelligence builds your forecasting.

The task: Apply with your CV and one page: pick one Virtual Minds product, define who you'd sell it to in the UAE and why, and tell us what you'd charge.

02

Sales Representative

RevenueReports to Sales LeaderEnglish · Arabic a strong advantage

Run the front end of the UAE B2B pipeline — outreach, qualification, discovery, and the deals you can close yourself. This is a real sales job, not a lead-list job: the list-building is already automated, and what you do with the hours that gives you back is the entire job. Experience with outreach automation and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or Salesforce is a plus.

Your agents: LeadsMind builds and scores your list — you will not manually research a single prospect.

The task: Apply with your CV and a cold outreach message you would actually send to a UAE business to sell an AI product — 150 words maximum.

03

Social Media Manager

GrowthReports to Growth MarketingEnglish

Virtual Minds has a genuinely good story, and almost nobody knows it. That's the job. Own how the company and its products show up across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X — LinkedIn first, because that is where UAE B2B buyers, partners and future hires actually are — and turn attention into pipeline, not just impressions.

Your agents: Creative Studio drafts, adapts and schedules at volume. Reporting Intelligence handles analytics.

The task: Apply with your CV, two channels you've run, and three LinkedIn posts you would publish in our first month — written out, ready to post.

04

Video Content Creator / Brand Face

GrowthReports to Growth MarketingOn cameraEnglish

You make the things — and you're in them. Video first, design close behind, produced to a standard that holds up next to companies far larger than us. When Virtual Minds talks to a camera, it is usually your face doing the talking: product walkthroughs, launch videos, behind-the-scenes, event coverage.

Your agents: Creative Studio handles variation, resizing and repurposing. What we're hiring is the eye — and the presence.

The task: Apply with your portfolio and one 20–40 second vertical video about any Virtual Minds product or story, with you on camera. Rough is fine.

05

Communications Assistant

OperationsReports to Finance & OperationsMost dynamic seat in the companyEnglish · Arabic a strong advantage

Every other role in this round has one lane; you touch all of them, every day — sales, content, product, finance, four founders and the new joiners. You keep information moving and the office running: meeting rhythm, decisions written down, blockers chased, correspondence answered, onboarding done well. When this role is done well, the company feels faster and nobody can quite point at why.

Your agents: Cortex agents transcribe, draft, schedule and report. The judgment about what matters today is yours.

The task: Apply with your CV and one page: describe a time something was stuck at your last job, how you found out, and what you did.
