By accessing or using the Virtual Minds AI Business Platform and associated applications ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Virtual Minds provides:

• AI-powered consumer applications (Room AI, Garden AI, Car AI, Reshot AI, AI Chart Analyzer, AI Chat Analyzer)
• Enterprise AI products (LeadsMind, InsureMind)
• The Cortex AI platform for business intelligence and automation
• Associated APIs, documentation, and support services

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use the Services to generate content that violates applicable laws
• Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, are owned by Virtual Minds and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our tools, subject to our license to process and display that content as part of the Services.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI applications is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use.

7. Payment Terms

Certain Services require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Minds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtual Minds and its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
