Virtual Minds ("we", "us", or "our") operates Garden AI ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

- Account information: email address, name, and authentication credentials when you create an account
- Payment information: subscription and purchase records (processed by Stripe / Apple / Google — card details are never stored by us)
- Usage data: app interactions, feature usage, and crash reports for product improvement
- Device information: device type, OS version, and app version for technical support
- Garden and outdoor photos: images you upload of your garden or outdoor spaces. These are processed to generate landscape design suggestions and stored temporarily in your account.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the App's features
- To generate AI-powered results and suggestions
- To process payments and subscriptions
- To send service-related communications
- To detect and prevent abuse or fraud
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We retain user-uploaded content for no longer than necessary to provide the service, after which it is automatically deleted.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third parties to operate the App:
- Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, and storage
- Stripe — payment processing (we do not store card details)
- Apple / Google — in-app purchases and subscriptions
- AI providers — to generate results (your content may be processed by AI models; it is not used to train those models)
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
