    The inbox runs on your company's WhatsApp Business number once Meta has verified the business; the team goes through that step with you. Approved templates open each conversation, and consent is recorded on the contact.

    Reps record calls on their own phones and upload them for a transcript and coaching. Ask the other person before you record.

    Two working weeks, if you sell to both

    The UAE federal government moved to a Monday-to-Friday week, with a half day on Friday, in January 2022, and many companies followed. Saudi Arabia works Sunday to Thursday. Date each follow-up task to the buyer's week, not your own.

Some. LeadsMind was built in Lebanon first and adds companies sector by sector, so today it holds far fewer UAE companies than Lebanese ones. Searching is free: run your sector in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah before you pay.

Which emirates can I search?

Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are not in the search yet.

Can I search by free zone, such as DMCC, JAFZA or DIFC?

Not yet. LeadsMind searches UAE companies by city, industry and the decision-maker's title. Free-zone and licence details are not filled in on its real records.

Can our Dubai and Beirut teams share one workspace?

Yes. One workspace holds Lebanese and Gulf prospects in one search and one pipeline, with four roles, and each rep can own their own accounts.

How is LeadsMind billed in the UAE?
