What we built
A 3D building on Decentraland, at parcel -126,19, designed to put fashion and art in the same space.
Inside, an NFT gallery showed artists' work, which visitors could buy as NFTs. At the door, an AI receptionist gave visitors information and help.
Where it was shown
The building hosted an event: a wearables contest for the best virtual outfit, a live podcast and panel hosted by DX Talks, and a DJ set on the roof.
What came next
The receptionist outlasted the building. Within months we had dropped virtual buildings and kept the character, and that led to Virtual Me, a 3D AI companion.
