Terms and Conditions for AI Charts

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Chart Analyzer (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AI Chart Analyzer for personal, non-commercial purposes, as permitted by these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to: Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App. Upload copyrighted or third-party materials without permission. Use the App to create, share, or distribute misleading or fraudulent financial information. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use AI-generated analysis and insights.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI-powered predictions, insights, and analysis provided by the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated output. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

The App may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or credit packs. All payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple’s payment terms. Refund requests must be made directly through your Apple account.

7. Data Storage and Security

User data is securely stored in Google Firebase and is accessible only through Firebase Authentication. We take appropriate security measures to protect your information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Minds LTD will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including any financial losses or data loss.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtual Minds LTD, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
