Authentication Data: When you sign in via Firebase Authentication, we collect your email address, display name, and profile image (if provided).

Unique Identifier: A secure Firebase UID is created for your account.

b. Uploaded Content

Any chart data, images, or analysis inputs you upload are securely stored in Firebase and linked to your account.

c. Device & Usage Information

Device type, OS version, and anonymous usage statistics to help improve performance and user experience.

We do not collect or store sensitive financial account details, credit card numbers, or government-issued IDs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Authenticate and manage your account securely.

Store your uploaded data so you can access it across devices.

Generate AI-powered chart analysis, predictions, and insights.

Maintain and improve the App’s performance and features.

Respond to support requests and inquiries.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or third-party marketers.

4. Data Storage & Security

All user data is stored in Google Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit.

Access to your account data is protected by Firebase Authentication and can only be accessed by you when logged in.

We implement security measures such as secure access rules, HTTPS, and role-based permissions to safeguard your data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@virtualminds.tech.

Upon deletion, all stored content linked to your Firebase UID will be permanently removed from our databases.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Firebase Authentication & Firestore (Google LLC) – for secure login and encrypted data storage.

Firebase Analytics – to understand usage patterns and improve features (optional, anonymized).
